I can’t help myself, I’m a hopeless romantic and LOVE weddings. I needed a job that would allow me to work with people, stretch me creatively, and keep me entertained. Wedding stationery fit the bill… I can honestly say that I love what I do!
What inspires your designs?
Everything! Textiles, architecture, nature, seasons… the list goes on. Getting to know our bride & groom personally helps us develop a theme for their stationery. We pay attention to details such as what they like to do as a couple, their wardrobe, venue features, etc. It’s fun to try and fuse different styles together onto paper that represent the couple & their wedding day.
What makes your designs different from others?
They are extremely personal… when we finish up with a client there is definitely a kinship that has formed. We become quite attached to some of our brides! I hope that if our invites were among a pile of others, someone would be able to point to ours and say “Oh, that’s definitely by Paper Moss”.
What is the price range of your designs?
Invite packages (for 100 sets) begin around $1600 for flat-print and $1900 for letterpress. The cost includes custom design and printing on all items included in a regular set: invite, mailer envelope, RSVP card and RSVP envelope. More often than not we are able to come up with some creative solutions in order to help you get the most out of these prices… don’t hesitate to ask!
How will a bride be able to get her hands on your invitations/stationery items?
We are located in New England but service clients all over the states and internationally. Since we are custom, you order directly through us. The process begins with a meetings (phone or in person) and then a series of designs based on style, tweaked until there’s that ‘ah-ha moment’ and the designs make everyone’s heart jump a little.

What is your goal with your design line?
To keep it custom. We are a boutique-style company that takes a certain amount of clients per year in order to continue to provide exceptional customer service, attention & product.

Don’t overlook the importance of your invitations. They are the first thing that your guests see & set the tone for the wedding itself. The custom process may not be for everyone, but it certainly allows you to personalize the paper side of planning. You might be surprised how much fun you have doing it, too.
